Colorado Springs Dunkin’ (not donuts anymore) giving free coffee for a year

A Dunkin’ Donuts is hosting a grand opening in Colorado Springs and you’ve got a chance to take care of your daily coffee expense for the next year.

The new Dunkin’ concept restaurant is opening at 1609 S. Nevada Ave. and if you’re one of the first 100 customers when it opens at 5 a.m. Friday, you’ll get free coffee for a year.

Another promotion is going on at 9 a.m. Saturday, when the store will give the first 100 guests a free classic donut for a week.

The chain is saying Colorado Springs guests will get a first look at the restaurant’s “future experience.” They say there will be “new innovative technologies” to make ordering faster. We can only assume this means the technologically-hapless will soon be holding up the line every morning.
