Woman drives over man after disturbance in east Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs police say a man is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after being run over by a woman Sunday night in east Colorado Springs.

Officers were called to the 1200 block of Irving Lane and found the man in the street after the crash around 8 p.m.

The woman was there with him, and police say she ran him over following “a disturbance at a residence in the area.” It’s not clear if the man was involved in the disturbance. Police didn’t release their identities.

The man was taken to the hospital and was last reported in critical condition.

Police said they’re still investigating the crash, but no arrests have been made.
