Storms Return 8-20-18

TONIGHT: Some smoke will linger through the overnight with otherwise partly cloudy to mostly clear skies. Lows stay cool in the 40s and 50s. A stray shower is possible through the early morning hours.

TOMORROW: Tomorrow things begin to change in Southern Colorado. More moisture surges back in along with chances for strong to severe storms in the afternoon. Locations most favored for severe weather are the Palmer Divide and the Southeastern Plains. Highs may be slightly warmer but still in the 70s and 80s.

EXTENDED: This will carry over into Wednesday afternoon as well. Because of all the rain and storms, highs will be able to stay cool through the mid-week. Moisture chances look far less Thursday into the weekend, so highs warm back up to the 70s, 80s and 90s.
