Sunny skies with toasty temperatures – 07/09/18

Today: We’re tracking another hot one out there! Highs will be above-average, ranging in the 80s and 90s for the lower elevations with the 70s and 80s for the local mountains. An abundance of sunshine will make temperatures feel even warmer! The lower terrain stay storm-free, but there could be some isolated storms over the Continental Divide.

Tonight: Clear skies are expected overnight! It will be quiet and mild. Temperatures cool off to the 50s and 60s by early Tuesday morning.

Extended: Temperatures stay hot the next several days! We cool off slightly by Thursday and Friday, but it won’t be by much. Monsoonal moisture returns by the end of the week and continues into next weekend. It’s tough to nail down how strong and widespread these storms could be as models disagree a tad. Stick with us in the coming days for more!
