Rainy week ahead – 6/18/18

TODAY: We will see sunshine to start things out today with highs in the 80s and 90s in the lower elevations. Our mountain cities and the high country will be feeling the 60s and 70s today. An isolated shower or storm is possible over the higher terrain later this afternoon.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear to partly cloudy. Patchy fog possible.

EXTENDED: Rain chances continue through the rest of the week. In fact, a lot of these showers and storms will be slow moving. This means there will be concerns for flash flooding over burn scars and in urban areas. Highs will be in the 70s and 80s, with 60s in the mountains. Rain sticks around almost every day this week, right into the weekend.
