Five people hospitalized after multi-vehicle crash on I-25 near Fountain

All Northbound lanes of I-25 have reopened near Fountain after a multi-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon.

The interstate was closed at Ray Nixon Road, and traffic was being diverted.

Troopers on scene say six cars were involved and five people had to be transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Troopers say one car rear ended another causing a domino effect.
