UPDATE 5 p.m.: All lanes were reopened after three wrecks on Interstate 25 Thursday afternoon in Colorado Springs.

Earlier:

Interstate 25 in Colorado Springs is dealing with significant backups in both directions Thursday due to several accidents near Fillmore Street.

A rollover wreck has caused traffic to come to a crawl as many lanes are blocked. Northbound I-25 was backed up all the way near the Bijou Street exit. Southbound I-25 was backed up near Rockrimmon Blvd.

Colorado Springs police say the backup is caused by a two-vehicle crash in the southbound lane, a four-vehicle crash in the southbound lane, and a motorcycle crash in the northbound lane.

No word was given on injuries.
