WANTED: Colorado Springs homicide suspect

Investigators have identified a suspect wanted in connection to a homicide in Colorado Springs. 30-year-old Charles Lobato is wanted on a first-degree murder charge. Police believe he killed 35-year-old Shawnee Tapia in the Astro Liquors parking lot in the 3800-block of Astrozon Boulevard on January 7th. Lobato has multiple tattoos, including a Broncos emblem on his chest and the word “Park” on his right hand . Lobato should be considered armed and dangerous, police said.
