Colorado Springs police investigate shooting in SE Colorado Springs

Police are investigating a shooting in southeast Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs police say one person was shot at a home in the 2000 block of Carmel Drive, but right now they’re trying to figure out if it was a self-inflicted gunshot or if someone else fired a weapon.

The victim was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg.
