Pueblo police searching for suspect after robbery at payday loan shop

Pueblo police say a man walked into a a payday loan store on Prairie Avenue and robbed it at gunpoint in late November.

According to a news release sent Thursday, the Pueblo Police Department was called to an armed robbery on Nov. 29 at Advance America. Witnesses told police that a man in a grey hoodie and brown hat with pulled out a gun, placed it on the counter, and demanded money.

The suspect then fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Pueblo police released a surveillance image of the suspect and asked for help identifying him. If you can provide information on his identity, call 542-7867.
