Emerald Towers Update: Community efforts help residents find new homes

Thanks to community involvement and fundraisers, Emerald Towers tenants now have the help they need to find new homes.

The City Council had a goal of raising $36,000 to relocate the tenants, and they exceeded that number.

City Council President Richard Skorman and local organizations will be holding a press conference on Wednesday highlighting how the community has come together this holiday season to help the tenants of Emerald Towers. He will also be releasing the amount of money that will go towards the tenants.
