36-yr-old crashes off Pikes Peak Highway, alcohol involved

A 36-year-old woman rushed to the hospital on Friday night after she crashed her vehicle near the bottomless pit off Pikes Peak Highway.

The driver was reportedly under the influence when she drove her red Range Rover off Pikes Peak Highway and crashed.

The driver was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, no other vehicles were involved.
