tennis fans got to mix it up with the pros tonight… it’s all part of the broadmoor’s annual “rally for the cure” event. tonight’s “center court slam” gala is just one part of a three day event, raising money for the susan g. komen of colorado south. since the rally for the cure started – the event has raised 100- thousand dollars. newschannel 13 is a proud sponsor of the race. our own rachael plath was on hand to emcee the event. a silent auction helped raise even more money for breast cancer research. the race for the cure is coming up on september
