Most schools closed for spring break as snow storm hits Pikes Peak Region

The largest school districts in the areas most heavily impacted by Wednesday morning’s snow storm didn’t have school anyway.

Only a few school closings and delays have been reported as of 6 a.m., all of them are private charter schools.

The districts hardest hit by the storm are District 49, District 38, District 20 and Woodland Park District RE-2. All four districts are closed this week for spring break.
