Crash blocks southbound I-25 north of Monument

It was hurry up and wait for drivers on southbound I-25 north of Monument Monday afternoon.

A crash involving nine vehicles closed southbound I-25 just north of the County Line Road exit.

The KRDO.com Travel Tracker showed speeds down to 1 mph near the Greenland Road exit.

The road reopened at around 5 p.m., but delays continued into the evening.

It’s unknown if anyone was hurt in the crash.
