Pueblo college receives new tool to study human body

Pueblo Community College received a one of a kind tool to help study the human body.

The college unveiled its new anatomy lab Thursday. The lab is at St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center.

Students will be able to study a real human body, along with a digital one.

PCC said it’s the only college in Colorado with this tool.

“Not just medical students, but with all the other students in other fields. [PCC is] doing a wonderful job giving us all these teaching tools,” student Brenda Chavez said.

PCC said the lab will benefit about 800 students each semester.
