Mechanical failure leads to semi-truck crash on I-25 in Pueblo

Pueblo police said a mechanical failure with the brakes led to a semi-truck crash on I-25 south on Friday.

The crash happened about 5 p.m. on I-25 south near 29th Street.

The southbound lanes were closed for about two hours.

No one was injured in the crash and the driver of the semi-truck is the only person involved.

Crews had to pull the truck away from the guardrail before towing it away.
