Flash flood impacts Manitou Springs tourists

Flash flood warnings have both residents and tourists ready in Manitou Springs.

Flash flood warnings are in effect for the town from Thursday afternoon into Friday morning.

The town was one of hardest-hit areas back in the 2013 flooding.

Business owners spent Thursday stacking sandbags outside of their businesses preparing for severe weather.
