Police say third suspect in burglary at home of murder/suicide victims turns self in

Colorado Springs Police say a third suspect has been arrested in connection to a burglary at the home of a couple that died in a murder/suicide.

Eugene Griffin, 39, turned himself in according to police. Cassandra Marshall and Jonathan Mazzella, 23, have also been arrested in connection to the April 14 burglary. All three face charges for burglary and providing false information to a pawn broker.

Police are still asking the community to help officers track down Mark Anthony Lobato in connection to a related vehicle theft.

Police say they believe Lobato stole a 1996 Dodge Ram truck from the driveway of the home.

The burglary happened on April 14, 2015. Police say the keys to the truck were taken during the burglary and that the truck was reported stolen the next day.
