Arrest in Road Rage Incident

One person is under arrest in a road rage incident in El Paso County.

A deputy wound up in a ditch near Fontaine Blvd. and Fountain Mesa after attempting to break up a fight.

According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office the deputy forgot to put her vehicle in park.

The deputy suffered minor injuries to her leg.

Both parties involved in the fight were brought in for questioning and one arrest was made.

The case is under investigation.
