Guilty plea in crash that killed little boy, took dad’s leg

Xyrjah Goldston pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and vehicular assault Friday morning (3/6/15).

Police said Goldston was driving 50 miles per hour in a 35 mile per hour zone when she lost control and crashed onto the sidewalk on Murray Blvd. between Bijou St. and Platte Ave.

Ishaq Hameed, 5, was killed. His father, Raphael Hameed, was critically injured and lost his right leg as a result of the crash.

Goldston will be sentenced on May 26.
