Police give ‘all clear’ at Compassion International

Police were called to investigate a bomb threat at Compassion International Thursday evening.

Officers say they determined the threat is unfounded.

Police said Compassion employees were told to wrap up their work and head home early as a precaution.

According to its website, Compassion International is a “Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social and physicalpovertyand enables them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults.”

The facility is located at 12290 Voyager Parkway on the city’s north end.
