Deputies investigate child enticement case
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a child enticement case.
Investigators say a 15 year old girl was approached by two men in a red pickup truck Thursday afternoon. It happened in the 1400 block of Park Vista Boulevard, near Academy and Austin Bluffs.
The girl told investigators the men drove up to her and offered her a ride. She refused and they drove away.
The driver was described as a white man with brown hair wearing a black hat and sunglasses. The passenger was described as a white man with blonde hair and a gray hoodie. The truck is described as a burgundy extended cab Toyota Tacoma.
Investigators say it’s unknown whether the men in this incident are related to other solicitation cases being investigated by Colorado Springs Police.
