Car crashes into home, causes damage

A home in Colorado Springs was damaged late Sunday night (4/20/14) when a car crashed into it.

It happened around 11:45 p.m. in the 5100 block of Whip Trail.

Police say the driver lost control as she was driving east on N. Carefree Cir., and hit the back of a home.

No one inside the home was hurt. Two women passengers in the car were taken to the hospital to treat minor injuries.

The driver, Melissa Huntley, was cited for Careless Driving.
