Colorado Springs Utilities conducts controlled burn

Colorado Springs Utilities is conducting a controlled burn with propane tanks in the area of Marksheffel and Powers Blvd.

A spokeswoman with the City of Colorado Springs says you will see flames in the area, but do not be alarmed.

The burn is expected to go on tonight (3/1/14) until 10 a.m Tomorrow.
