Pueblo assault now a homicide

An assault in Pueblo is now a homicide.

Police say a man has been in critical condition since an assault in a Safeway parking lot on Jan. 20.

The victim was identified as 46-year-old Michael Flavin.

Flavin died from his injuries today.

Police say the suspect’s vehicle is a blue or gray unknown model station wagon.

The vehicle left the Safeway parking lot to the east. It then turned left on Elizabeth, continuing north.
Pueblo police are currently looking for the occupants of the vehicle.
