Water main break closes Colorado Springs street

Colorado Springs Utilities crews will spend Monday repairing a water main break.

Police said Panorama Drive is closed from Cenotaph Circle to Frontier Boulevard until repairs are made.

Colorado Springs Utilities said the break happened near the intersection of Panorama Drive and Cenotaph Circle. It was first reported after 2:30 Monday morning, utilities said.

A spokeswoman for Colorado Springs Utilities said 18 customers will be without water until the break is fixed. Crews are expected to work all day on the water main.
