Facebook leads police to suspected peeping tom

Colorado Springs Police Say a tipster and Facebook led them to a man suspected of peeping in the Colorado College area.

According to police, Colorado College campus safety had previously released images of a suspected peeper. On Thursday, October 3, 2013, someone contacted campus safety and said the man in the images looked like one of their Facebook friends.

The Facebook friend was identified as Andrew Browning. Police launched an investigation and tracked Browning down through his Facebook page.

Browning was arrested on Monday, October 7, 2013. He is facing the following charges:

Three counts of 2nd Degree Burglary
Three counts of 1st Degree Criminal Trespass Three counts of 2nd Degree Criminal Trespass Two counts of Invasion of Privacy
