SVP Alert: Isadore Eugene Romero

The Colorado Springs Police Department says a sexually violent predator has moved into a southeast side neighborhood.

Isadore Eugene Romero is currently living in the 2000 block of s. Chelton Road.

Romero was convicted of attempted sexual assault on a child in 2003. Police say his victim was a 13-year-old girl.

Romero has the following tattoos according to police:

neck – “Gino”
upper arm -“Juan” left lower arm – “Juan” left lower arm – “DRL” right wrist – skull back – “Gino” left upper arm – Woan-Dinosaur
left upper arm – “Henry” left lower arm – women

There are currently twelve sexually violent predators living in Colorado Springs.

Police are required by law to notify the community whenever a sexually violent predator moves into a new neighborhood.
