Arrest made in Mosquito Pass shooting death

Police in Colorado Springs have made arrest in the shooting death of a young man Friday night.

The Colorado Springs Police Department identified the victim as Logan Treguier, 20.

Officers were called to a home on the 5400 block of Mosquito Pass Drive around 11:15 p.m. Friday, police said.

When they arrived, officers found Treguier with a gunshot wound.

On Saturday, police arrested Benjamin Joe Brown III, 21. He’s charged with manslaughter.

Police said this marks the 25th homicide of the year.
