‘Bamm-Bamm bandit’ robs convenience store with club

Police say a man who robbed a Colorado Springs convenience store Thursday morning used an unusual weapon to commit the crime.

The robbery happened at 12:56 a.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2013.

Police say a man walked into the 7-Eleven store at 6040 Barnes Road and threatened the clerk with a club.

dark shoes
motorcycle helmet

The unidentified robber got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
