Man arrested after bar patrons threatened

A 29-year-old man has been arrested after customers at a Colorado Springs bar were threatened by a man waving a kitchen knife.

It happened at Jack Quinn’s pub, 21 s. Tejon Street, at around 10:30 Sunday night.

Police say they had to use a stun gun to subdue Billy Ray Rodrigues after he raised a 12-inch kitchen knife over his head and threatened customers.

Police say no one was injured. Rodrigues is facing charges of felony menacing.
