Man Confesses To Killing Teens

According to KMGH, A 43-year-old Adams County man confessed to shooting and killing two teenage boys, saying the teens had tried to blackmail him for $20,000 over a cellphone video showing the man asking to perform sex on one of the boys, court records state.

An arrest affidavit states that William Dean Otto told Adams County sheriff’s investigators that he had refused to pay the teens and shot them with a handgun Friday night after one of the boy’s came at him with a large butcher knife in his home near Thornton.
