Woman ejected from car in Platte Ave. wreck

A wreck at E. Platte Ave and S. Academy Blvd. Sunday closed Platte for an hour.

The wreck happened just before 7 p.m.

Paramedics were called after a woman was ejected from a car. Emergency responders said she was taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay.

Police are looking into a cause for the crash but know the driver hit a guardrail.
