Car hits house in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs police responded to a call about a car into a house on E. Van Buren Street near North Nevada Avenue shortly after 5 a.m. Monday.

Police tell us a 20-year-old woman was driving a truck when she lost control and hit a house.

The woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Officials are on the scene surveying structural damage to the house.
