Loveland cracking down on ice cream trucks

Loveland is cracking down on the drivers of ice cream trucks who have been violating a citywide ban.

Divine Ice Cream LLC co-owner David Himes learned the hard way after several of his drivers were pulled over and given stern warnings. The owners thought they were complying when they bought a sales tax license.

According to the Loveland Reporter-Herald, drivers have been told if they are found selling within the city limits again, police will impound the vehicle.
