Attorneys question if teen advised of legal rights

A female jogger will be allowed to identify a teenager accused of killing 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway.

The Denver Post reports that a Jefferson County District Court judge denied a motion from Austin Sigg’s attorneys that would have withheld the identification.

Sigg, who is 18, is accused of kidnapping, killing and dismembering Ridgeway in October. He’s also charged in an attack on the jogger at Ketner Lake last Memorial Day weekend.

He has pleaded not guilty
