Man killed in rollover accident

Colorado State Patrol is investigating a crash near Cripple Creek that killed one man Monday morning. The crash happened on Teller County Road 1, at mile marker 2, just after 4 a.m.

Troopers say a Pontiac Firebird went off the roadway and rolled onto its roof.

The driver, Kyle Fishencord, 24, of Cripple Creek was partially ejected from the car and died on scene. Troopers do not believe Fishencord was wearing his seat-belt.

Troopers suspect alcohol was a factor in the crash. They do not know whether drugs were involved.
