Woodland Park police investigate stranger danger incident

Woodland Park police are investigating a stranger danger incident in the area of Forest Hill Road and Forest Edge Circle.

Police are investigating after a report that a man offered an 8-year-old boy a ride Sunday morning. When the boy refused, the driver reportedly followed the boy. The boy went to a neighbor’s house and they called police.

Officials are looking for a newer model blue Jeep, possibly a Rubicon with a roof rack. The man is described as middle-aged white man, about 6 foot 3 inches tall with a skinny build and has short hair or bald with a beard.
