Woman stabbed on Springs east side

El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for a man who they say stabbed a woman early Wednesday morning.

It happened shortly before 12:30 a.m. on South Curtis Road.

Deputies tell us a woman was stabbed in the chest and was taken to a local hospital.

She is expected to recover from her injuries.

Deputies are looking for a white male, about 5’8″ and 145 pounds. We’re told he has blonde hair and brown eyes.
