Shooting during robbery sends pair of victims to hospital

Police are on the scene of a suspected robbery and shooting near 19th and Uintah Streets.

Initial reports indicate at least two people have been sent to local hospitals with gunshot wounds.

Colorado Springs police told the newsroom that those victims are also the suspects in the robbery. It happened around 10 p.m. Wednesday night. Police said the robbery occurred at the Smoker King.
