Man stops burglar with shotgun

Colorado Springs police responded to a call Thursday morning about a burglary on Oro Blanco Drive. When they arrived, the homeowner was holding the 16-year-old suspect with a 12 gauge shotgun.

Police say the homeowner confronted the burglar with the gun.

Police arrived and detained the teen while the homeowner put the gun away.

So far, no arrest have been made.

The investigation is ongoing.
