Pueblo Man Recovering After Shooting

A Pueblo man is recovering at Parkview Medical Center after recieving a gunshot wound. Police said he was shot in the left torso.

The shooting happened near Joplin Avenue and Ash Street Tuesday evening around 9:30 p.m.

According to police, the victim was shot while he was walking down Joplin Avenue. Police said the man was taken to the hospital by a private vehicle.

Manuel Naranjo,39 was arrested in connection with the case. He could face charges that include attempted first degree murder.
