Man Accused Of Killing 3 Teens In Deadly Accident Out On Bail
The man accused of killing three Alamosa teens in an alleged high-speed drunken crash is free on bail, according to our news partners at The Pueblo Chieftain.
36-year-old Gilbert O. Sanchez of Pueblo was released Thursday from Pueblo County jail on $200,000 bail.
Sanchez is accused of driving drunk at high speeds, running a red light at a busy intersection and crashing into a car, killing Anisa Montoya, 18, Serina Sena, 14, and Selena Mascarenas, 14, all of Alamosa.
Two girls, Jade Dorrance, 14 and Jordyn Carrillo, 13, were ejected from the bed of Sanchez’s truck and are still recovering.
Gilbert Sanchez, could get 104 years in prison. He faces 15 charges in connection with the deadly accident, including vehicular homicide, vehicular assault, and DUI charges.
