Survey Finds People Think They Can Do Better Than Boss

If you’re like most people, you think you can do it better than your boss.

A talent management company did a study that shows nearly half of workers say they could do their boss’ job and do it better.

One in three don’t think their boss is effective and fewer than 40-percent believe their supervisors inspire or motivate them to do their best.

The survey was done to show workplace leaders what they’re doing — whether it’s right or wrong.

A big part of the employees’ gripes is that their boss just doesn’t listen.

The research was based on surveys of more than 12-hundred workers in various countries, including the U-S.
