Traffic Accident, Eastbound Platte Reopened At Chelton

There was a traffic accident on eastbound Platte east of Chelton around 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

All eastbound lanes of Platte were initially closed at Chelton, but have since been reopened.

Crews have cleared the scene and the road was closed for about an hour.

No word on any injuries involved with the crash.
