Pueblo Father In Court

A Pueblo man accused of killing his baby will stand before a judge for the first time at 1:30 p.m. Monday.

Anthony Angel, 23, is charged with 1st degree murder and child abuse resulting in death. The coroner says 5-month-old Antonio died from a brain injury last month.

Angel is in jail. He is also facing charges of harassment and violating a protection order in Otero County.
