Shots Fired At Apartment

Springs police are trying to figure out who shot at an apartment, and if the gunman was targeting a specific person.

Just after 11 p.m. Sunday people at the Pine Creek Apartments in the 800 block of Chapman Drive reported hearing four shots, and police say a tenant called to say that someone had shot at their apartment. Police found the round that went through a sliding glass door and into the apartment. There were adults and children inside at the time of the shooting, but police say no one was hurt.

Officers say witnesses also heard a vehicle speeding away.
