3 Armed Robbers On The Loose

Colorado Springs police are looking for three armed robbers. They say a man was robbed at gunpoint at Prairie Grass Park at around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

The 18-year-old victim told police that three men were talking to him when one pulled a shotgun from under his jacket and hit him in the head. Police say the three robbers made him take off his pants and sweatshirt and got away with his cell phone and wallet. They walked away heading toward the Pine Creek Apartments on Chapman Drive.

One suspect is described as a black male about 6 foot 2 inches and 200 pounds, he was wearing a long black leather jacket and blue jeans. The second is a black male about 5 foot 9 inches and 150 pounds wearing a red baseball cap. The victim did not get a good look at the third suspect.
