Restaurant Hosts Fundraiser For Shannon Paolini
Seor Manuel’s Mexican Cuisin is donating 20 percent of profits made Tuesday to Shannon Paolini and her family.
Paolini was shot five times by her boyfriend Gammall Perez and is still recovering in the hospital. Perez shot and killed her two-year old son before taking his own life, according to police.
The owner of the family owned restaurant is hoping to provide comfort to the community and support Paolini?s family in this difficult time.
“I think everybody has to have a place to express sorrow and their sense of family and community and we found that when tragedy happens, people tend to come to us,” said Mika Hernandez.
The restaurant is open until 9 p.m.
